Q: What is Supercool School?
Supercool School is an application that makes online learning social by democratizing the learning process and empowering everyone to demand,
create and participate in live and interactive online classes. Our goal is to give the power of education to the people and collectively build the first online "World School" with millions of learners and teachers.

Q: How does Supercool School work?
Supercool School is a system that allows you to coordinate and hold live and interactive online classes. The process starts by creating a request for a class and specifying what you would like to learn. Other users can then join these requests by browsing through the request list, or by being invited by their friends.
Once a request is full, the teacher seat opens. People who want to teach the class can join by browsing full classes or being invited by the students.
When someone takes the teacher seat, he or she sets up a date and time for the class.
When that date and time arrive, the class opens; the teacher and students can all join a live classroom where they can teach and learn using webcam,
voice, powerpoint, chat and whiteboard.

Q: How do I get a student seat?
Simply by browsing through the class requests and clicking on the "take a student seat" button.
This way you reserve you seat in this class to make sure that you can participate later when the class goes live.

Q: How do I get a teacher seat?
Simply by browsing through the full classes and clicking on the "take the teacher seat" button.
You can see who is interested in this class before making the decision to teach the class.

Q: Can anyone learn and teach with the Supercool School application?
Yes, absolutely. We don't believe in the traditional separation of learners and teachers. Everyone has valuable knowledge for someone else and with Supercool School we all have the chance to share our knowledge in a more social way. Let the learning begin! Q: How do I actually teach/ study?
The actual teaching and studying happens in our online live classrooms where you login to your specific class to teach and learn using webcam, voice, powerpoint, chat and whiteboard.

Q: How do I keep track of all my class seats?
Simply by clicking the "My Profile" menu button where you can find all your class seats and manage your classes.

Q: Can you explain the different class statuses?

1. Request: Means that someone has requested a specific class and awaits others to join his request and fill up the class.
2. Full: Means that all the available student seats are taken for this class. It indicates that there is enough demand for the
   class to open up a teacher seat and make the effort worthwhile.
3. Waiting: Means that the teacher has already set up the time and date for the class. Now the class is waiting till the
   specific time and date arrives so that the students and teacher can enter the classroom and the learning can start.
4. Live: Means that the class is live right now and the students and teacher are in the online classroom.
5. Finished: Means that the online live class is complete.
